These terms apply when you pre-order Fiona Band on yourfiona.com. Please read them before you place an order.

Who you’re buying from

Fiona Band is sold by [Company legal name: to be added], [registered address: to be added]. You can reach us at hey@yourfiona.com.

What a pre-order is

Fiona Band is a product in development. When you pre-order, you reserve a Fiona Band that has not yet been manufactured. It is expected to ship in early 2027 (January to March 2027) to addresses in the United States.

Product design, materials, colours, specifications, features and software are subject to change before shipping. Product images on this site are visualisations, not photographs of a finished product.

Price and payment

  • The pre-order price is $249 (US dollars), $100 less than the planned retail price of $349.
  • You are charged the full pre-order price, plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout, when you place your order.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • The Fiona AI subscription ($19.99 a month, or $15.99 a month billed yearly) is separate and is not part of your pre-order. Nothing is charged for it now.

Cancelling and refunds before shipping

You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your Fiona Band ships. Email hey@yourfiona.com from the address you ordered with. Refunds go back to your original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

If shipping is delayed

If we can’t ship by the estimated date, we’ll email you before that date passes with a revised estimate. You can then choose to cancel for a full refund or keep your order. If we’re unable to ship your order at all, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

If the product changes

If we make a material change to Fiona Band before it ships, such as removing a feature described at the time you ordered, we’ll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping

At launch we ship only to addresses in the United States. We’ll confirm delivery details by email before your order ships.

Returns after delivery and warranty

Our returns policy and limited warranty for delivered products will be published before Fiona Band ships: [Returns window and warranty terms: to be added]. These do not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Important limitations

  • Fiona Band is for general wellness. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any condition.
  • Fiona Band does not call 911 or emergency services. SOS contacts the people you choose.
  • Fall detection may not detect every fall. Cellular features depend on coverage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [state / jurisdiction: to be added], without affecting any consumer protections you have where you live.
